Mike Sewell is the president of KRM Innovations, Inc. and co-inventor of the StepNpull foot-operated door opener. In 2020, Mike retired from a 30-year career at Verizon Wireless to focus exclusively on leading StepNpull through the next phase of its brand evolution. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mike has led the company through its exponential growth and international recognition as businesses look for ways to minimize the spread of germs. Mike’s focus has thus shifted from day-to-day business operations to long-term initiatives such as recruiting key talent, expanding StepNpull’s product line, and implementing new processes.
Amy Lee Sewell has been in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Lockton Companies, LLC in Kansas City since 2007. She has a long and successful career at Lockton, starting as an HR Generalist in 2007, holding positions as Manager of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Generalist and Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. Prior to Lockton, she worked at Best Buy and NPC International in Retail and Restaurant Management recruiting and as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Cleveland University.

Scott T. Rauth is an accomplished Senior Finance Executive, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Board Member with more than 35 years of success in manufacturing, technology services, money management, non-profit, and software development industries. Leveraging extensive experience in organizational leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning, Scott is a valuable asset for companies in the technology or manufacturing space ranging from start-up to mid-market that are seeking expert assistance with raising capital, financial modeling, tax planning, and business valuation. Scott’s broad areas of expertise include CFO, operations, strategic planning, HR, capital raising, and leadership.
Throughout his executive career, Scott has held leadership positions at Hallmark Cards, Mid America Merchandising, American Laminates, Entire Computer Solutions, and The Go Exchange. Currently, Scott is Managing Principal at Sound Financial Wisdom, a fractional CFO consultancy. Scott has helped numerous organizations in optimizing financial results, increasing revenue, and operating expense reduction. Scott is also the founder of Telos Orphan Partners, a ministry devoted to helping every orphan find a good home by leveraging technology.
Previously, Scott served as Managing Partner at Entire Computer Solutions, for 15 years. His primary function was to help clients reduce their administrative costs and frustrations by making their technology work as intended. He focused on helping nonprofits build capacity by initially eliminating the frustration of dealing with everyday technology issues and then working on how to improve the efficiency of service delivery.
Scott has served on numerous non-profit boards and governing committees for both local and international community programs to help children. Scott earned his BS in Finance from Kansas State University, his MBA in marketing from the University of Missouri, and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Pastor Don served as senior pastor of Cross Points Church for eleven years, and seven years as an associate pastor of the same church with an emphasis on fatherhood to the urban communities in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
He is currently serving as the community pastor of New Life CityChurch in downtown Kansas City, MO.
Pastor Don formerly served the Washington Dulles International Airport as its senior chaplain. He orchestrated ministry in one of the busiest and most multicultural intersections in the world. Besides his chaplaincy, Pastor Lewis also served as the program director of Youth for Tomorrow, a residential facility for at-risk adolescent males.
His work has been featured in the Washington Times, People Magazine, the Family Research Council magazine and other articles and books.
Pastor Don testified before Congress on behalf of pro-family organizations in Washington D.C., and he also served as regional director for Prison Fellowship’s Mid-Atlantic Neighbors Who Care, a crime victim’s assistance ministry.
Pastor Don formerly served as a pastor in Oakland, CA., Little Rock, AR., the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
He and his wife, Hildred, have four adult children and four grandchildren and now reside in Lenexa, Kansas.
Veronika supports Neighbors Who Care (NWC) which is a partnership between Pastor Don Lewis and New Life City Church. NWC’s mission is to see the blighted urban communities of Kansas City transformed into communities where families will flourish, schools will achieve, people will be safe, churches will honor God, and fathers will stand tall as men of integrity. NWC works toward this goal through partnerships with CarePortal, local organizations and community members with a common goal.
Monica Nielsen-Parker is Senior Vice President of Community Impact at the United Way of Greater Kansas City where, since 2017, she oversees organizational planning for United Way 2-1-1 as well as oversight and strategy for community initiatives with high level impacts. She has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri, Columbia and held clinical licensure in the states of Missouri and Kansas.
Over her 20+ year career in the public and non-profit sector, her work has involved direct counseling and services to vulnerable individuals, research collaboration resulting in several publications, program development resulting in numerous successful grant awards, and leadership in organizational management. She is guided in her professional endeavors by the intent that advancements in the improvement of human health and well-being will one day make her job obsolete.
Tony Lee has 20+ years of insurance and risk management experience. Currently serving as the VP of National Strategy Distribution Management at Arch Insurance Group managing key global broker relationships.
